Cabinet Case
Cabinet case (excluding the cabinet back) is constructed from 3/4" thick plywood with veneer on both sides. For painted finished ends, paint grade MDF with plywood core will be used.
3-Dowel Benefit
Nailers, Stretchers, and Toe Kicks have a 3-dowel construction application, increasing the lateral strength of the overall cabinet.

Shelves – 3/4" Thick laminated plywood veneer
Standard wall and base cabinets receive 3/4" thick full depth shelving with edge banding on one long edge.

Shelf Supports – Clear plastic shelf clips
Shelf clips slide into pre-drilled holes in end panels for adjustability.

3/16" thick plywood veneer with laminated natural maple wood grain interior.
Installation Rail – 3/4" thick plywood
Installation rails are attached to backs with dowels for structural integrity.

Stretchers are included on base and vanity cabinets.

Toe Kick
Toe kick is 4 1/2" high x 3 1/8" deep x 5/8" thick plywood. Finished toe kick in matching plywood available in eight foot lengths. Order separately and field install.

Drawer – 4" high drawer box
Full length, four sided 5/8" solid wood with 3/16" plywood bottom grooved into four sides. Dovetail joinery on four sides.
Drawer Guide – Full Extension Soft Close
Dual undermount, full extension concealed runners with soft close, height adjustment, and side-to side adjustment (100 lb load capacity).
